Cancellation policy
Pre-orders on single items. You are not charged when you place your order. Your payment method is saved and charged shortly before the item ships, on the date shown on the product page and in your order confirmation, and we email you before the charge. You can cancel a pre-ordered item at any time before it ships: before the charge date nothing has been taken and there is nothing to refund, and after the charge we refund you in full.
Bundles. A bundle is not charged when you order. Your payment method is saved and charged shortly before the bundle is dispatched, and the four issues are delivered together in one shipment. You can cancel a bundle at any time before it is dispatched: before the charge date nothing has been taken, and after the charge we refund you in full. If we do not publish an issue, we refund its share of the bundle price, being the bundle price divided by four, automatically.
How to cancel. Email with your order number. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval, and we will confirm by email.
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal, which runs from delivery of the last item in your order. See Annex A of our Shipping, Returns and Terms of Sale at . Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
